Teenagers are always well in to the latest music so we make sure we remain totally up to date with the latest sounds. They know the music they want to hear we therefore arrange beforehand to supply them with request slips that they can give to their friends to complete. We will then build a playlist based on that to ensure everyone is happy.

Like all our discos the DJ will interact throughout the night so that the party doesn't stop pumping!

When we start to get older more generations appear and therefore music starts to cover more eras. We will advise and help you with a playlist to suit all. The decade range, tempo and styles will blend correctly and throughout the night our DJ will interact with your guests in accordance with the music he plays.

If you would like a theme to your night ie 80s or "rock and roll" then our DJ will always set the scene and dress in the appropriate attire.

The festive and New Year celebrations is traditionally one of the main parties each year and we offer our services along with package deals offering you the chance to decorate your venue using our services.

Weddings and Civil Ceremonies are so important and Thru' The Decades recognises this. The age range of your guests if probably more varied on these occasions than any other. We take the time to discuss this with you and to help and advise you on your play lists so that all ages are accounted for and enjoy the evening. This will always be done well in advance of your day and a copy sent to you for your approval if required.

We will always allow ourselves enough time to set up for the evening and, if needed, will visit the venue prior to the event in order to get an understanding of the layout and setup of the room. It is paramount that we are aware of all the health and safety requirements at your venue and that we set up in accordance with that. We will make sure that the music is up and running when your guests are arriving and that we are fully appraised of any announcements and their timings before the evening starts.

Your guests will be greeted with a smile and throughout the evening our DJ will interact appropriately to ensure your guests keep on dancing and enjoying themselves.

We always allow slots throughout the evening for special requests from your guests and we try to make sure we play them all.
