Favour Fillings

Traditionally 5 sugared almonds were used as favour fillings, representing Health, Wealth, Happiness, Long Life and Fertility. However like everything that moves on in life, there are now variations on this. You may find the modern Bomboniere to contain mints, chocolates, truffles or even small gifts.
