With a little respite from weddings during the winter it is a good time to reflect on how the business is doing and what changes and improvements can be made going forward into the new season. Last year was very good for us with a record breaking number of bookings, but in a competitive industry I don't take anything for granted. I believe there is always room for improvement in everything we do. Can anyone ever really say they are at the top of their game?
So what can you expect from us in 2020?
For a start a blog on my website! Yes I am taking the plunge and will attempt to post regularly, although please forgive me if I slip from time to time. Although I am creative, creative writing is NOT one of my talents.
I often meet couples that have no idea on where to start with their decor so to help we are planning to feature photoshoots to inspire you, with trending designs and colours. From initial concept to end styling we shall break each one down and throw in some helpful tips along the way.
2020 is a big year for me personally as both of my children are getting married. I haven't actually asked them yet but I am hoping they will allow me to blog about their own personal experiences of wedding planning, warts and all. Fingers crossed and watch this space.
